How much control do I have over my client's accounts? |

You will have complete control of your client's account. You have the ability to add resources, subtract resources, suspend an account, and modify just about any aspect of your client's account. |

Can I upgrade my account with you at any time? |

Yes, at anytime you may upgrade your hosting account with us, this is great for fledgling web hosts who can expand their resources on an as needed basis. |

How do I setup a client's domain? |
| |
Creating an account:
A. Enter a domain name in the 'Domain' field. Do not enter a 'www' in this field. The 'Domain' field does not accept spaces. If you do enter a space, this may cause problems with the functionality of the account. The most common error is a space at the very end of the entry. Please double check the settings before submitting! This will prevent lots of errors. B. Enter username and password in their respective fields. There is an 8 character limit for the username. Usernames of course can only be used once. C. Select the package from the drop down at the bottom of the form and adjust the limits to your own specifications. D. The drop down with the IP list should also be unchanged; this is handled by Web Host Manager automatically.Do not check the IP box! E. You may edit the theme for your client, this is optional. Click 'Create' and your client's account is completely setup! F. Once you click create a screen will appear with the listing of account information, you can cut and paste this into the welcome email for your client or print it for your own records. |

What if I run out of space or bandwidth? |

No problem! That is what is great about owning a reseller account from Smart Bomb Hosting. You are able to purchase more space when needed. You can get 500 MB additional space for $2.50/month and 1GB additional transfer for $10.00/month. |

Who provides customer service and support for your customers? |
| |
You will be responsible for supporting your customers. If you get stuck with a problem you cannot answer feel free to contact us we will be more than happy to help, but your customers cannot contact us directly. |

How do I create a new account? |
| |
First, login to your reseller control panel. Scroll down to "Account Functions". Under Account Functions you will see "Create a New Account". Click "Create a New Account and where it ask for the domain, place the domain in "domain.com" format. Do not use http://www. or www. before the domain. The rest is pretty much self explanatory. |

What price do I charge my clients? |

If I upgrade my account, will my sites be down? |
| |
No, we have hassle free upgrades. This is just another benefit of Smart Bomb Hosting's service. |

How can I move new customers here from their current host
under my reseller plan? |

SSH access method:
1. Log into ssh in your old host's servers, go the your public_html directory, and
type in the following command:
tar -cpzf yourdomain.tar.gz *
2. Now login to SSH in your Smart Bomb Hosting account and go to your public_html directory.
Then type in the following command:
wget 123.45.67.89/yourdomain.tar.gz
*** where 123.45.67.89 is your old website's IP address.
3. Wait for the transfer to finish. Then type:
tar -xzf yourdomain.tar.gz

Can I get a dedicated IP address for my customers? |

Yes please contact support and we will gladly set one up for you.
*Note that it is $2 per month per dedicated IP address. |

Can I host adult content? |
| |
Yes. As long as it is not illegal, it will be acceptable. (please see our TOS on this issue) |

How do I setup personal name servers? |
| |
This is done through your domain registrar. Please refer to the company you registered your domain with and follow their setup instructions.
However, you can make your own additional name servers through your DNS manager under WHM for your clients to use that will resolve to your domain name. |

Can I modify DNS zones and MX entries? |
| |
Yes. Once you login to your WHM, you will see an option for DNS zones as well as MX entries., |

Will I have SSH access? |
| |
All accounts will have SSH enabled. If you abuse this privilege it will be taken away from your account. SSH connections are monitored! |
